Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding richting civiele techniek.
- Relevante werkervaring.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het schrijven van RAW-bestekken verkregen uit studie- en of werk.
- Sterke cijfermatige vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

Responsibilities
- Overleggen met projectleiders en aannemers over technische details.
- Informatie verzamelen uit tekeningen en bij collegas.
- Zelfstandig schrijven en controleren van RAW-bestekken.
- Archiveren en beheren van bestekken in Projectwise.
- Meedenken over verduurzaming van railinfra.
- Starten met kleinere projecten en groeien naar complexere opdrachten.
Description
Wij zijn GVB Techniek en bieden een uitdagende rol als bestekschrijver in ons projectenbureau. We zorgen voor jouw ontwikkeling met mogelijkheden om door te groeien en bieden een salaris tussen de € 3.456,- en € 4.942,- op basis van 36 uur per week, goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, en een collegiale werksfeer binnen een team van deskundigen. Werken bij GVB betekent bijdragen aan een veilig, duurzaam en toekomstbestendig openbaar vervoer in en rond Amsterdam.
