Requirements
Must:
- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in functioneel beheer, HR-ondersteuning, salarisadministratie of procesoptimalisatie
- Analytisch, initiatiefrijk, leergierig en servicegericht
- Vermogen om gebruikersvragen goed te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook samenwerking waarderen
- Ervaring met HR-systemen is een pré, maar begeleiding is beschikbaar

Responsibilities
- Beheren en optimaliseren van het nieuwe HR-systeem
- Oppakken, onderzoeken en oplossen van incidenten en gebruikersvragen
- Signaleren en realiseren van proces- en systeemverbeteringen
- Ondersteunen van HR bij inrichting, workflows en rapportages
- Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar functionele oplossingen
- Testen van nieuwe releases en functionaliteiten
- Actief bijdragen aan een succesvolle implementatie en adoptie van het systeem
- Samenwerken met een senior Functioneel Beheerder die jou ondersteunt in je ontwikkeling
