Requirements
Must:
- Student or junior developer with proven WordPress experience
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic JS/PHP is a plus)
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Portfolio of previous work (required)
- Experience with SEO tools (Yoast, RankMath) (nice to have)
- Experience with CRO (conversion optimization) (nice to have)
- Interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Develop a professional WordPress website
- Implement custom design (Elementor / Gutenberg / themes)
- Optimize performance and mobile responsiveness
- Apply SEO and technical optimizations
- Build conversion-focused pages
- Contribute to UX, funnels, and structure
Description
Fit at Sea is looking for a motivated WordPress developer, either student or freelance, to help us build a high-quality, scalable website. You will have the opportunity to create a new website, and your input and skills will be welcomed. We offer a flexible and remote-friendly setup, with compensation of €800 per month for students and negotiable rates for freelancers/seniors. Youll be part of a growing brand with potential for long-term collaboration.
