Requirements
Must:
- Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau met ruime ervaring in IT, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
- Kennis van hardware, software en netwerken
- Ervaring met ERP- en productiesoftwaretools zoals MES
- Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Responsibilities
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-vraagstukken binnen de productieomgeving
- Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van applicaties zoals Windows, Office 365, VPN en SCCM
- Beheren van contracten en licenties
- Samenwerken met team Inkoop voor bestellingen
- Documenteren van processen en procedures in Confluence
- Wekelijks online overleg met collegas in Polen, Noorwegen en Amerika om kennis uit te wisselen en processen te verbeteren
- Rapporteren aan de managing director over de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productie
