Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt minimaal een MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in support, service of applicatiebeheer;
- Geen ervaring, maar wel super gemotiveerd? Dan zien we je sollicitatie ook graag!;
- Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Ervaring met SaaS, applicatiebeheer of implementaties is een pré.
Responsibilities
- Als Junior Software Consultant combineer je klantcontact met de inrichting en verbetering van onze software WISH.
- Je helpt onder klanten via de telefoon, ons klantenportaal, en e-mail.
- Door hun vragen om te zetten naar oplossingen in WISH, werk je ook gelijk mee aan de service, implementatie en ontwikkeling.
- Het schrijven van duidelijke user stories voor het developmentteam;
- Het uitvoeren van acceptatietesten op nieuwe software-features en fixes;
- FAQ-lijsten en gebruikershandleidingen opstellen, actualiseren, en uitbreiden.

We bieden een salaris tussen de €2600 en €3600 op basis van je werkervaring, de kans om hybride te werken en ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
