IT System Administrator

- System management: oversee our Microsoft cloud-based environment, ensuring all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently. This includes managing laptops, updating systems, and maintaining accounts across all platforms. - Security and compliance: play a key role in our annual security audits, documenting processes, and supporting our IT security policies. Youll also contribute to SOC II and other certification processes such as ISO27001. - User support: as the primary internal contact for IT issues, youll set up equipment for new colleagues, manage email accounts, and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth operations. - Innovation and development: be a sparring partner for innovation, exploring new possibilities within our M365 environment and other technologies. Your role will extend to participating in our R&D organization, contributing to the companys technological advancement. - Policy and procedure development: help develop and document IT policies and procedures for both internal and external audit and certification processes. - Global support: occasionally, you may support colleagues and reviewers both in the Netherlands and abroad with their use of office automation tools.
