Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde hbo/wo-opleiding (bijv. organisatiewetenschappen, bedrijfskunde, informatica).
- Aantoonbaar 5 jaar ervaring in een rol als (senior) scrum master en/of agile coach.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het toepassen van TBR en/of Liberating Structures.
- In hoge mate organisatiesensitief en omgevingsbewust.
- Vertoont ondernemend en flexibel gedrag en van nature een pragmatische doch positief kritische opstelling.
- Gecertificeerd Scrum master (sowieso PSMII, eventueel ook ACSM).
- Agile leadership PAL I Certificering (PAL-1).
- DASA DevOps Fundamentals Certificering.
- LEAN certificering (minimaal Green belt of SixSigma Orange belt).
- Kanban certificering (PK I, TKP of PSK).
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
Responsibilities
- Je daagt 2 tot 4 teams iedere dag uit om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- Als Scrum Master neem je actief teamleden mee en coacht op proces, techniek, tools, mens en interactie.
- Je stimuleert de product mindset en houdt een scherp oog op de kwaliteit van de backlog.
- Je werkt doorlopend aan het verhogen van samenwerking tussen afnemers en teams.
- Je bouwt teams op richting high performance en benoemt knelpunten.
- Je biedt methodes aan waarmee teams deze knelpunten zelf kunnen oplossen.
- Je herkent snel teamdynamiek en cultuur, en weet gedragsverandering te realiseren.
- Je fixeert structurele oplossingen bij impediments binnen en buiten het team.
- Je brengt het team naar een hogere volwassenheid zodat het team meer waarde kan toevoegen aan de ketens.

Je hebt recht op 24,5 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met mogelijkheden om tot 35,5 extra verlofdagen te kopen. Daarnaast bieden we een bijdrage van 70% aan je ABP Keuzepensioen, thuiswerk mogelijkheden, en een vitaliteitsbudget van €500,-.
