Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a full-stack quant/data scientist
- Strong proficiency in Python and Spark/Databricks
- Experience with MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring, and APIs
- Ability to work hands-on, balancing time-to-market with fit-for-purpose accuracy
- Understanding of weather patterns and their influence on energy portfolios
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with analysts, traders, and engineers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with energy markets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the entire lifecycle of forecasting products from concept to live deployment
- Reduce latency and enhance forecast quality
- Deliver trader-ready signals that impact P&L
- Create and improve forecasting models based on diverse data sources
- Work alongside analysts, meteorologists, traders, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop tools that support our trading strategy
- Ensure accurate energy delivery every single day
