Requirements
Must:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong quantitative or technical focus.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or product analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data-modelling tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment for fast-paced results.
- Ability to connect complex data across systems and influence stakeholders with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the single source of truth for Mission-Critical performance across Assets, VPP, Finance, and Trade.
- Translate vague or evolving business questions into clear, measurable analytics deliverables.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager in defining health metrics (KPIs, OKRs, or North Star metrics).
- Identify and discover new metrics and reliable data sources based on business requirements.
- Share regular actionable insights with stakeholders across Assets, VPP, Finance, Trade, and Product, including leadership.
