Requirements
Must:
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in both .NET and Azure
- Experience with Microsoft GenAI tooling, such as AI Foundry is a big bonus
- Desired experience: CRM, Genesys CX Cloud, Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software engineering
Responsibilities
- Create a more efficient and intelligent workplace for human Agents by automating repetitive manual work and providing intelligent tooling
- Reduce human-handled customer questions by automating the handling of incoming questions via app/web/call/mail
- Create a more intelligent central routing solution to route customers to the best possible channel and/or agent
- Create the best possible voicebot linked to CoPilot Studio, providing self-service and intelligent routing
- Actively involve in creating a better, more efficient, and mostly automated Customer Service
