Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Strong Python and SQL skills
Responsibilities
- Develop data products and lightweight applications that support operational and financial workflows
- Design and build robust data pipelines using modern cloud technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake
- Continuously improve engineering standards through CI/CD, testing, and documentation
- Work closely with operational teams to understand real-life processes and translate them into practical solutions
- Improve data models and pipelines, build small internal applications (e.g., Streamlit apps), and fix workflow inefficiencies
- Take ownership of business-critical data flows, ensuring reliability and performance
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, code quality, and knowledge sharing
