Requirements
Must:
- MSc in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a company setting
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with Azure, MLFlow, AirFlow, and Databricks is a plus
- Knowledge of data science techniques, NLP, and statistical methods
- Ability to independently drive projects and mentor junior colleagues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Dutch language skills are a strong plus
- A curious mindset and interest in the energy domain
Responsibilities
- Identify and scope impactful data science projects within the product team
- Build and maintain reliable metric pipelines, including alerting, drift tracking, and reliability monitoring
- Create GenAI evaluation frameworks and measure the effectiveness of conversational AI features
- Share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- Act as a key partner to the Product Manager, influencing the roadmap and strategy for AI-driven customer communication
- Ensure the performance of ML/statistical models in production settings
