Data Analyst, Analytics Platform

- Contributing to the future direction of our analytics platform, including the exploration of BI-as-code or alternative visualization tools. - Enabling the organization to become more metric- and KPI-driven by designing and maintaining centralized data models, semantic layers, and reporting standards that ensure consistent, governed metric definitions across teams and tooling. - Owning the governance, administration, and continuous improvement of our BI platform, including capacity, workspace permissions, gateways, and performance, while serving as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions across the organization. - Collaborating with Data Engineering, IT, and other teams to ensure BI and analytics solutions are aligned with the broader data infrastructure and built to be scalable and reusable. - Engaging stakeholders across product, brand, IT, and external partners to gather requirements, advise on tooling decisions, and drive adoption of analytics capabilities. - Enabling teams across the organization to work more effectively with data by driving the adoption of analytics capabilities and best practices through training, documentation, and workshops.
