Requirements
Must:
- A completed bachelors or masters degree
- At least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, preferably in the areas of risk or security operations
- Comfortable in client conversations, pre-sales, communication, and leading and guiding technical teams
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Translating business requirements into (custom) technical designs
- Leading offshore implementation teams
- Ensuring that solutions are implemented according to design and that results meet business requirements
- Defining and promoting best practices in implementation as well as (agile) ways of working
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
- Collaborating with non-technical disciplines to achieve optimal solutions (such as experience designers, risk & cyber consultants, operational teams)
- Advising clients on how technology can enhance efficiency, sustainability, and business success
