Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master, bij voorkeur binnen consultancy of een dynamische omgeving
- Beschikken over een Scrum Master certificering zoals PSM-I, CSM of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring met Agile frameworks als SAFe, LeSS of Kanban
- Teams inspireren met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de drive om mensen te laten groeien
- Affiniteit met verandermanagement en het begeleiden van Agile transities
Responsibilities
Als Scrum Master zorg ik ervoor dat teams optimaal presteren in hun Agile werkwijze. Ik verwijder obstakels en creëer een omgeving waarin projecten soepel verlopen.
- Ik begeleid Daily Stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews en retrospectives met energie en focus.
- Ik verwijder belemmeringen en optimaliseer teamprocessen waardoor teams vooruitkomen.
- Ik coach teams in zelforganisatie en Agile werken zodat ze zelfstandiger worden.
- Ik werk samen met Product Owners en stakeholders om maximale waarde te leveren.
- Ik help bij de implementatie van Agile werken binnen de organisatie en breng teams naar een hoger niveau.

We bieden een salaris tussen €4000,- en €7000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week, passend bij mijn ervaring en expertise. Binnen de Vertical Technology werk ik in drie focusgebieden: Data & Analytics, IT en GEOS. Ik maak deel uit van team IT, met 30 professionals binnen een verticale structuur van 100 man. Onze cultuur is business casual, waar we hard werken combineren met humor en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
