Must:
- MBO 4 IT of relevante werkervaring
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Kennis van ITIL, Active Directory, MS Azure, M365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11, Android en iOS (mooi meegenomen)
Responsibilities
- Aannemen en afhandelen van IT-vragen en incidenten van collegas
- 1e lijns support en oplossen van technische problemen
- Installeren en onderhouden van laptops, printers, telefoons en andere apparaten
- Adviseren van gebruikers en begeleiden bij vragen rond hun digitale werkplek
- Bijhouden van documentatie
