Requirements
Must:
- 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring in IT of cloudbeheer
- Aantoonbare interesse in Microsoft cloudoplossingen
- MBO IT-opleiding of vergelijkbaar
- Pré: basis Microsoft-certificeringen (zoals AZ-900, MS-900)
- Pré: ervaring met ITIL-methodiek
- Basiskennis van Microsoft 365, Entra ID en Intune
- Probleemoplossend vermogen bij eenvoudige issues
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
- Leergierige houding en snelle adaptatie van nieuwe technologieën
- Goede communicatie met eindgebruikers
- Basisvaardigheden in PowerShell-scripting

Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van het beheer van Microsoft 365-diensten zoals Exchange, SharePoint en Teams
- Beheren van gebruikers, groepen en licenties binnen Microsoft 365 en Entra ID
- Configureren en beheren van devices met Microsoft Intune
- Oplossen van eenvoudige incidenten en hulp bieden aan gebruikers
- Uitvoeren van basiswijzigingen onder begeleiding
- Bijdragen aan documentatie
- Volgen van beveiligingsrichtlijnen binnen de cloudomgeving
