Must:
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding binnen ICT/informatica of aanverwant
- Praktijkervaring met softwareontwikkeling en/of infra
- Pedagogisch en didactisch vaardig, duidelijk in communicatie
- Teamspeler met coachende houding
Responsibilities
- Lesgeven aan hbo-studenten ICT/informatica (theorie, labs en projecten)
- Begeleiden van stage- en projectgroepen
- Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van lesprogramma's, toetsen en casuïstiek
- Begeleiden van afstudeeropdrachten en assessments

Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een bevlogen hbo-docent ICT/informatica met stevige praktijkervaring. Je legt lastige stof helder uit en helpt studenten groeien tot echte professionals. Je combineert theorie met concrete cases. Je coacht, daagt uit en houdt het overzicht. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou! Je gaat werken op een hbo-instelling in de regio Noord-Holland die inzet op actueel ICT-onderwijs, nauwe banden met het werkveld en goede begeleiding van studenten. Jij krijgt 1-op-1 ondersteuning vanuit Daan: kort lijntje, snel schakelen en iemand die altijd voor je klaarstaat. Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Salaris volgens cao Onderwijs - Toegang tot trainingen en coaching via Daan om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen - Flexibele roostering die past bij jouw beschikbaarheid - Reiskostenvergoeding en fietsplan - Pensioenregeling voor een zorgeloze toekomst - Een vast contactpersoon bij Daan die altijd klaarstaat om je te ondersteunen (dat ben ik).
