Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, met commerciële of hospitality achtergrond
- 0-2 jaar werkervaring (bij voorkeur in hospitality, klantenservice of een zakelijke omgeving)
- Leergierigheid en ambitie
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
Responsibilities
- Klantcontact en -advies (ontwikkeling van communicatieve vaardigheden)
- Werken aan hypotheken, verzekeringen of pensioenen
- Duurzaam financieren
- Deelnemen aan trainingen en het behalen van erkende vakdiplomas zoals Wft Basis en verdiepende Wft-certificaten
- Ondersteuning van Performance Managers bij de ontwikkeling in de praktijk
