Responsibilities

- De Functioneel Beheerder ondersteunen door testen vanuit de functionele bril - Inrichten van autorisatiematrices en het toekennen van autorisaties - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het proces rondom tweedelijns incidenten - Beheren van processen zoals ITIL-controls, Changes & Release en de implementatie van DORA-controls - Proactief wijzigingen oppakken en procesdocumenten invullen - Verbinding zoeken met het team en de omgeving - Dienen als vraagbaak voor het team
