Requirements
Must:
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Math or something similar.
- 6+ years of experience working on optimization algorithms or heuristics.
- Skilled in Python or another algorithm-focused language.
- Passionate about learning and staying updated with the latest in the field.
- Natural familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Residing in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms that improve Coolblues logistics, particularly route planning.
- Write clean, scalable code that is easy to understand.
- Collaborate closely with Domain, Development, and Operations colleagues.
- Translate complex logic into simple terms for non-tech stakeholders.
- Design and build new features for our algorithms.
- Continuously improve systems step by step without reinventing the wheel.
- Coach team members on both technical and soft skills, providing feedback for improvement.
