Responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen van consultancy vaardigheden en specialiseren in onderdelen van credit management
- Bewaken en beheren van klant/debiteurenportefeuilles bij onze klanten
- Kredietacceptatie zowel Business to Business als Consumentenmarkt
- Contacten onderhouden met externe partijen zoals incassobureaus, curatoren, bewindvoerders
- Schriftelijk en telefonisch aanmanen van debiteuren en oplossen van disputen
- Voeren van debiteurenadministratie en correct afhandelen van klachten
- Communicatie met alle afdelingen binnen de organisatie
- Intensieve begeleiding en coaching gedurende opdrachten
