Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met Dynatrace en bewezen trackrecord met Dynatrace implementaties
- Ervaring met migraties van legacy monitoring naar moderne observability platformen
- Kennis van OpenTelemetry en integratie daarvan met Dynatrace
- Vermogen om observability strategie en technische plannen te vertalen naar implementatieplannen
- Sterke adviesvaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholder management
- Technische kennis en kunde om concepten helder uit te leggen naar verschillende doelgroepen
- Beschikbaarheid om (indien nodig) Dynatrace Professional certificering te behalen
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen van Dynatrace implementaties voor enterprise omgevingen
- Adviseren van klanten over hun observability strategie
- Begeleiden van migraties van legacy monitoringtools naar moderne observability platformen
- Helpen teams dashboards, alerting en automation in te richten
- Meedenken over observability as code, integraties, en bredere infrastructuur
- Sparren met stakeholders en technische mogelijkheden vertalen naar plannen en adviezen
- Werken zowel hands-on als adviserend en onderhouden contact met klanten
Description
