- Minimaal drie jaar hands-on ervaring met CI/CD tooling zoals Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions of Jenkins
- Praktische ervaring met AI-assisted development tooling voor automation en scripting
- Ervaring met scripting in talen zoals PowerShell, Python of Bash voor pipeline automatisering
- Kennis van containers en artifact management
- Ervaring met secrets-management tools zoals HashiCorp Vault of Azure Key Vault
- Inzicht in security integraties binnen pipelines zoals SAST, DAST en dependency scanning
- Ervaring met GitOps principes en infrastructure as code zoals Terraform of ARM templates
- Vaardigheid om technische concepten duidelijk uit te leggen
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift
- Pré: ervaring met certificeringen zoals AZ-400 of GitLab-GitHub gerelateerde certificaten
- Pré: praktische ervaring met container platforms zoals Kubernetes of OpenShift

Responsibilities
- Bouwen en beheren van herbruikbare en schaalbare CI/CD pipelines binnen complexe omgevingen
- Optimaliseren van bestaande workflows voor snelheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid
- Werken met tooling zoals Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions of Jenkins
- Integreren van security- en compliance controles zoals SAST, DAST en dependency scans
- Implementeren van secrets-management met tools zoals HashiCorp Vault en Azure Key Vault
- Ondersteunen van development teams met adoptie van CI/CD best practices
- Implementeren van GitOps workflows en artifact management
- Helpen bij troubleshooting en performance optimalisatie
- Bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team
- Werken in een no-nonsense cultuur waarin samenwerking met collegas belangrijk is
