Requirements
Must:
- Relevant HBO/WO education in data management, computer science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile development processes.
- Positively critical and analytically minded.
- Ability to switch between abstraction and practical application.
- Experience in the financial/banking sector, preferably within the fraud chain, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.
- Extensive experience in the telecom industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the PEGA EF-WFM data model.
- Accurately describe and maintain the PEGA EF-WFM data model.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding the PEGA EF-WFM data model and data on the Global Data Platform (GDP).
- Support the realization of the pipeline towards GDP.
- Assist in creating test data.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the fraud chain.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Data BA (Steward) for the Area External Fraud within our Tribe Financial Economic Crime (FEC). The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of banking fraud processes and experience with the PEGA system platform. Your expertise in fraud processes, data models, and logistical procedures will be crucial in ensuring data quality for the External Fraud Workflow Management (EF WFM) on the new PEGA platform currently under development. In this role, you will be part of a squad focused on External Fraud Workflow Management, playing a pivotal role in defining, describing, and maintaining the data model for the new Workflow Management platform. You will collaborate with various disciplines within the team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
