Requirements
Must:
We require a PEGA Lead System Architect with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience. You should possess excellent technical, design, and architecture consulting skills, along with hands-on implementation experience with Pega PRPC and related enterprise technology architecture stacks. Additionally, you must have experience in designing and implementing applications and solutions using Pega PRPC and the allied Pega PRPC Insurance frameworks. A PEGA Lead System Architect certification is mandatory. Domain knowledge in Insurance, Banking and Financial Services, or Energy & Utilities is preferred. You should have worked in an international and multicultural setting and understand current enterprise-wide technologies, including Open Source, web application development, and databases such as DB/2, Oracle, and SQL. Experience in Agile/Scrum project implementation is also a requirement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing enterprise class structures, data and application framework models. You will ensure the best possible designs for Pega PRPC applications and solutions while adhering to Pega best practices, coding standards, and UI standards. You will lead the technical team from inception through to transition, working closely with business users and adhering to Pegasystems development guardrails as well as design principles. You will have access to Pegasystems' centralized support infrastructure to assist the customer effectively. Additionally, you will coach and mentor technical team members, ensuring the scalability and robustness of Pega PRPC applications. Collaboration with the Product Owner will be essential to ensure that project deliverables align with client business objectives. A solid technical understanding of interface and integration technologies will also be necessary.
