Requirements
Must:
- Hbo of WO diploma in een relevante richting (farmacie, biotechnologie)
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring in QA binnen medtech of farmacie
- Grondige kennis van kwaliteitsnormen zoals GMP, MDD/MDR, ISO13485 en ISO14971
- Ervaring met validatie van technische systemen en processen
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal en goede beheersing van het Nederlands
- Communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht, praktisch ingesteld en in staat om regelgeving te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk

Responsibilities
- Beheren en onderhouden van het Quality Management System (QMS), inclusief documentbeheer en change control
- Zorgen voor naleving van GMP, MDR/MDD, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 en QSR CFR 820, en het vertalen van regelgeving naar praktische QA-oplossingen
- Coördineren en afhandelen van non-conformities, afwijkingen en CAPAs, inclusief root cause analyses en verbeteracties
- Leveren van QA-begeleiding binnen engineeringprojecten, waaronder validatie van apparatuur en processen
- Ondersteunen van R&D-projecten door het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, het opstellen van risk management documentatie en deelname aan design reviews
- Adviseren, beoordelen en (goed)keuren van wijzigingen in producten, processen en productieactiviteiten
- Analyseren van kwaliteits- en productiegegevens om trends te identificeren en continue verbetering te realiseren
Description
Wij zijn een dynamisch bedrijf in de medtech sector en bieden een dienstverband van 12 maanden via CheckMark. De functie is fulltime, waarbij 32 uur per week bespreekbaar is. Het is grotendeels een on-site functie (minimaal 4 dagen per week) met een salarisindicatie van €4000,- tot €5600,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van relevante werkervaring. We werken in een veelzijdig team dat zich richt op het verbeteren van kwaliteit gedurende de gehele product life cycle.
