- Kennis van testmethodieken en ervaring met agile werken
- Inzicht in testautomatisering en technische omgevingen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende houding
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding en goede beheersing van het Nederlands
