Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare opleiding
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Ervaring met het beheren van hardware en applicaties
- Probleemoplossend vermogen
- Wil om continue professioneel te ontwikkelen
Responsibilities
- Beheren en installeren van pcs, laptops en telefoons
- Zorgen dat printers naar behoren werken en installeren indien nodig
- Beheren van gebruiksbeheer, zoals wachtwoorden resetten
- Oplossen van storingen op applicaties of devices
- Ondersteunen van administratie en RT bij afname van digitale toetsen
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor docenten en leerlingen met ICT-problemen
- Helpen van docenten en leerlingen bij ICT-vragen en doorgeven van informatie naar andere ICT-medewerkers
- Ondersteunen van het ICT-team bij overige werkzaamheden
