Requirements
Must:
- Vloeiend Nederlands is een harde eis
- Afgeronde HBO/ WO opleiding met een sterke ICT component
- Gecertificeerde Scrum Master en in de afgelopen 5 jaar minimaal 3 jaar ervaring bij grote, complexe organisaties met meer dan 1000 medewerkers in software-ontwikkeltrajecten
- Certificering PSM 2
- Een Agile mindset met focus op de continue verbetering in het team
- Ervaring met het werken in een Agile omgeving en ervaring met Scrum als Agile Framework
- Ervaring met en certificering op het gebied van Scaled Agile omgevingen en frameworks zoals LeSS en/of SAFe
- Ervaring met het toepassen van diverse werkvormen om met het team op een creatieve manier aan verbeteringen te werken.
Responsibilities
- Zelf organiserende teams ondersteunen en ontwikkelen
- Verbeteren van de informatievoorziening voor de veiligheidssector binnen Nederland
- Deelnemen aan uitdagende en interessante projecten
- Bijdragen aan de vernieuwing van de veiligheidssituatie in Nederland
