Requirements
Must:
I require a Master's degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering with 3-7 years of experience, or a PhD in the same field with some years of experience, allowing for the management of complex analysis either independently or within a team. A focus on vibration-sensitive systems and a strong understanding of machine dynamics is essential. Experience in areas such as dynamic substructuring, multibody dynamics, vibration isolation, damping, modal analysis, and vibrometry is beneficial, particularly for high-precision machines. Proficiency in FEM software (such as ANSYS, COMSOL, Nastran) and CAD skills (including NX and Solidworks), as well as computational tools (like MATLAB, Python, and Simulink), are necessary.
Responsibilities
I will lead technical specification and system design while managing a team to ensure optimal dynamic behavior. Collaborating with cross-disciplinary colleagues is a key aspect of my role, and providing hands-on support and oversight is paramount. Specific tasks include defining dynamic requirements for modules and systems, specifying analysis requirements for performance prediction and validation, conducting and interpreting calculations/tests, communicating results, and driving design improvements. Additionally, I will contribute to the development of organizational knowledge.
