- Functioneel beheer: inrichten en beheren van gebruikersfuncties en configuraties.
- Wensen vertalen: opstellen van functionele specificaties op basis van gebruikersbehoeften.
- Testen: uitvoeren van acceptatietesten en bewaken van functionele kwaliteit.
- Documentatie en training: opstellen van gebruikershandleidingen en verzorgen van instructies.
- Optimalisatie: analyseren van processen, adviseren over verbeteringen en begeleiden van implementaties.
Description
Als Functioneel Beheerder Pega ben ik de schakel tussen business en IT. Ik vertaal behoeften naar werkbare oplossingen, voorkom ruis Γ©n verbeter processen die ertoe doen. In een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact zorg ik dat techniek Γ©cht werkt voor mensen. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van Pega-applicaties. Ik ondersteun gebruikers, vertaal wensen naar functionele specificaties en bewaak de kwaliteit van nieuwe functionaliteiten, terwijl ik nauw samenwerk met de business en IT.
