Requirements
Must:
- Ervaring en kennis: Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, met een goede kennis van IT-systemen en -oplossingen.
- Communicatief: Je bent klantvriendelijk, hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed luisteren.
- Proactief: Je hebt een probleemoplossende instelling en werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving.
- Teamspeler: Je werkt goed samen met collega's en draagt bij aan de positieve werksfeer.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteuning bieden: Je helpt klanten met IT-gerelateerde problemen via telefoon, e-mail en remote sessies.
- Problemen analyseren: Je analyseert technische storingen en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing.
- Documentatie: Je houdt nauwkeurig de klantvragen en oplossingen bij in ons systeem.
- Proactieve signalering: Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en doet voorstellen voor structurele oplossingen.
