Team Lead, Azure Cloud

- 5+ years of DevOps experience (of which at least 3 years on Azure cloud) - Experience with containerizing applications (Azure Container Instances, Azure Kubernetes Services or Kubernetes) - Strong automation experience (IaC), including application of security policies (using Bicep or Terraform) - An understanding that keeping our customers data safe is crucial, and make sure we apply the right policies to comply with our IT controls - Ability to help the teams to understand and manage costs - A good grasp on networking and security concepts and can translate them to practical solutions (designing and implementing) - Experience in hub-and-spoke and hybrid network architectures, connecting on-premises networks and cloud environments using services such as ExpressRoute - Strong understanding of routing and traffic management concepts such as BGP, user-defined routing, Azure Route Tables and Azure Load Balancer - Ability to lead a team of cloud engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance and career development - 3+ years proven experience in leading cloud engineering or cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience working with agile methodologies (scrum, kanban)
