IT Consultant - Platinion - Private Equity / M&A

As we seek exceptional talent to join our team, you will typically have: - 3 to 6 years of digital transformation experience in consulting or industry, with projects or experience in one or more of the following areas: - Application modernization including ERP programs - Cloud migration, engineering, and/or vendor certifications - System integration patterns, including familiarity with ETL or API management tools - Data architecture and advanced analytics - DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery - IT cost reduction - Previous experience working within a Merger & Acquisition (M&A) environment, focusing on IT carve-out and post-merge integration advisory, advising corporate and private equity clients on IT-related technology strategy. - A strong aptitude and interest in: - Interfacing with bankers, lawyers, target management, and PE associates/managers - Understanding PE investment criteria and fundamentals of corporate finance - Due diligence, carve-out, and/or Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience - A demonstrated ability to influence both commercial and technical audiences: - Strong verbal skills and the emotional intelligence to know when to push back and when to listen - Excellent written communication based on prior experience with consulting - A university degree with strong academic performance. If your degree is in a field other than mathematical-scientific, information technology, or business administration, subsequent professional development should demonstrate skills in areas related to software and technology.
