Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een technische support, softwarebeheer of consultancyrol.
- Aantoonbare kennis van T-SQL en ervaring met stored procedures, functions en views.
- Goede kennis van C# .NET en debuggingtechnieken.
- Je communiceert helder, denkt analytisch en bent klantgericht.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels.
- Ervaring met API's, monitoringtools (zoals Application Insights, Kibana, etc.) en JIRA is een pre.
- Affiniteit met softwareontwikkeling, IoT of hardware is mooi meegenomen.
Responsibilities
Als Technical Consultant ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen techniek en klant. Je:
- Analyseert supporttickets en vertaalt technische meldingen naar structurele oplossingen.
- Werkt hands-on met T-SQL in onze complexe MSSQL-omgeving (data-analyse, correcties, optimalisaties).
- Ondersteunt bij het debuggen en verbeteren van C# .NET-code en geeft gericht advies aan het ontwikkelteam.
- Brengt klantvragen, foutmeldingen en trends in kaart en initieert verbeteringen aan het platform.
- Beheert en optimaliseert stored procedures, functions en views.
- Draagt kennis over aan collega's en klanten via documentatie en persoonlijk contact.
- Denkt actief mee over integraties, API's en stabiliteit van het platform.
