Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Scrummaster en Teammanager, bij voorkeur in een BI-omgeving.
- Kennis van scrumprincipes en agile methodologieën.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve houding.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting.
Responsibilities
- Je stuurt, begeleidt en coacht het BI-team volgens de scrum-methodologie.
- Je faciliteert en organiseert scrum-events zoals sprintplanningen, dagelijkse stand-ups, sprintreviews en retrospectives.
- Je ondersteunt het team bij het behalen van hun doelstellingen en het verwijderen van obstakels.
- Je werkt intensief samen met de Product Owner om de productbacklog te beheren en prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je bevordert een cultuur van continue verbetering en leren binnen het team.
- Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor HR gerelateerde zaken voor het team van 10 personen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de manager informatiemanagement.
