Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in product control, data sources, and programming
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and understand their needs
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including econometric or mathematical modeling
- Technical proficiency in SAS and/or SQL, Business Objects, R, and/or Python
- Master's degree in econometrics, mathematics, data science, or a related field
- Willingness to travel between Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, and Enschede
Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in data analysis, reporting, process and organizational analysis, and production planning techniques
- Act as a connector within the team, driving initiatives, enhancing collaboration, and delivering high-quality analyses and modeling
- Lead the end-to-end process from planning to implementation while maintaining a balance between quality improvement and delivering results
- Actively participate in personal development, continuously striving for excellence
Description
As a senior business analyst at the Belastingdienst, you will work behind the scenes of the complex environment of the organization. You will contribute to ensuring a financially healthy Netherlands, particularly within the Central Administrative Processes (CAP) department, responsible for treasury management and benefit payments.
The Belastingdienst, with approximately 25,000 employees nationwide, aims to be the best tax authority for the Netherlands, focusing on fiscal duties and expertise. The selection procedure for this role includes assessments, interviews, and possible online tests.
