Requirements

Responsibilities
- Telefonische afspraken met de klant.
- Oplossen van ad-hoc problemen.
- Inrichting, implementatie en acceptatie van de software.
- Opstellen van handleidingen.
- Schrijven van verbetervoorstellen.
