Requirements
Must:
- MBO-4 of HBO ICT
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een 2e lijns rol of als systeembeheerder
- Bij voorkeur ervaring bij een MSP of IT-dienstverlener
- Diepgaande kennis van Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server en Intune
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Hyper-V
- Stevige netwerkkennis: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, routing
- Ervaring met het zelfstandig oppakken van IT-projecten
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Rijbewijs B
Responsibilities
- 2e lijns escalaties oppakken en zelfstandig oplossen
- Complexere incidenten onderzoeken in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID en Windows Server
- Root cause analyses uitvoeren en structurele verbeteringen doorvoeren
- Klantprojecten uitvoeren: M365-migraties, Intune, netwerkinfrastructuur, security
- Hyper-V, Windows Server en Entra ID beheren en optimaliseren
- Netwerken beheren: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls en routing
- Documentatie en werkinstructies opstellen voor de servicedesk
- 1e lijns collegas coachen op inhoud
