- 10 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience building cloud-native infrastructure from scratch (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
- Strong background in security engineering, zero-trust principles, and compliance.
- Expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, etc.).
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with PAAS platforms and multi-environment deployments.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization for data-heavy workloads.
- Familiarity with Big Data ecosystems (Kafka, Spark, Flink, NATS, ClickHouse, etc.).
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Strong understanding of TDD, DevSecOps, and integration into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Manage cloud-native and PAAS deployments using Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and similar technologies.
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines supporting TDD and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Monitor, automate, and scale systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead infrastructure security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Work closely with backend, data, and product teams on high-throughput and data-driven systems.
- Design and operate Big Data infrastructure (batch/streaming, analytics, ML workflows).
- Establish observability best practices (metrics, tracing, logging).
- Lead incident response and post-mortems with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Drive DevOps culture across the organization.
