- Voeren van spreekuren en adviseren over werkhervatting en participatie
- Strategisch en praktisch adviseren van leidinggevenden, verzekeraars en casemanagers
- Signaleren van trends en adviseren over verzuimbeleid, preventie en inzetbaarheid
- Actief deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en vakgroepen
- Bevorderen van goede arbeidsomstandigheden en beperken van schadelast
- Werken binnen professionele kaders én met ruimte voor jouw visie en aanpak
