Requirements
Must:
- Je bent recent afgestudeerd en op zoek naar een startersfunctie in de IT.
- Tijdens jouw studie heb je gemerkt dat je klantgericht werkt en niet bang bent om zowel jouw communicatieve als analytische vaardigheden in te zetten.
- Een afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bedrijfskundige Informatica en/of Bedrijfseconomie.
- Interesse om ervaring op te doen met ERP-software.
- Een open en leergierige houding om jezelf te ontwikkelen als consultant.
Responsibilities
- Het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar onze slimme ERP-oplossingen.
- Configureren en testen van de oplossingen, zodat deze optimaal aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant.
- Begeleiden van klanten bij de gehele implementatie van Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Nauw samenwerken met collega's zoals de projectmanager, developers en (senior) consultants voor succesvolle implementaties.
- Ondersteunen van en training geven aan gebruikers en key users.

De rol van Trainee Consultant ERP biedt jou de kans om het vak van Consultant snel eigen te maken. Je volgt een opleidingstraject en praktische trainingen om jou te laten groeien, en leert on-the-job aan onze projecten bij klanten. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan ons persoonlijk leiderschapsprogramma met andere trainees binnen Axians, en wij bieden onder andere een salaris tussen €2.800 - €3.200 bruto o.b.v. 40 uur, een leaseauto of mobiliteitsvergoeding, de mogelijkheid tot hybride werken en aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling, inclusief toegang tot de Vinci Academy & Good Habitz.
