Requirements
Must:
- HBO of MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een ICT-omgeving;
- Kennis van ITIL, SQL, ETL, Scripting, Data modeling;
- Ervaring met diverse reporting-, monitoring- en virtualisatietools;
- Enthousiasme en zin om samen met het team issues op te lossen en verbeteringen aan te brengen.
Responsibilities
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij incidenten en verstoringen.
- Nauwe samenwerking met collegas in het team van Managed Analytics specialisten.
- Beheren van complexe omgevingen van klanten, voornamelijk gebaseerd op Microsoft en IBM technologieën.
- Gebruik maken van monitoringtools en alerting om proactief te informeren, adviseren en corrigeren.
- Behandelen van nieuwe cases uit ochtendchecks, e-mail, telefoon en TOPdesk, en samen met het team urgentie en impact bepalen.
- Snel schakelen, analyseren en overzicht houden in hectische situaties.
- Samen met collegas cases oplossen voor klanten met behulp van het team en specialisten.
