Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een MBO- of HBO-diploma op zak;
- Ervaring met Hubspot, Jira, Gitlab, Trello, Asana of Confluence is mooi meegenomen;
- Kennis van onderhoudssoftware of werken in een technische omgeving is een plus;
- Spreek je ook Duits of Frans? Handig, maar niet verplicht.
Responsibilities
- Jij helpt klanten met allerlei vragen en problemen.
- Je duikt in bugs en test nieuwe features.
- Je houdt de kennis up-to-date en werkt gestructureerd.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten én collegas.
- Je schrijft duidelijke handleidingen en zorgt voor overzicht.
