Requirements
Must:
- You have an IT education at Level 3 or equivalent (e.g., through courses)
- You have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking skills
- You master one or more of the following languages: Dutch, English, or German
- You are flexible with working hours (supporting early or late shifts as needed)
- You have excellent analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and work with precision and accuracy
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Installing and maintaining IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, label printers, and barcode scanners
- Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs in both warehouse and office environments
- Ensuring the continuity and availability of workstations and applications
- Efficiently handling and following up on incidents and requests
- Providing hands-on support to users, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems and office software/hardware
- Documenting processes and contributing to the improvement of IT services
