Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde MBO+ informatica opleiding
- Stressbestendig, klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn
- Ervaring met het inrichten van IPads en Android telefoons
- Ervaring met Powershell
- Kennis van Ivanti Workspace Control en Automation manager
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor het volledige ICT in/uitdienst proces
- Oplossen van 2e en 3e lijns vraagstukken via ons helpdesksysteem
- Problemen remote of op de werkplek oplossen en contact hebben met collegas
- Accounts aanmaken met de bijbehorende rechten
- Werkplekken inclusief computers en telefoons installeren
- Laptops, IPads en Android telefoons inrichten
- Zorgdragen dat alle spullen en accounts van uitservice collegas terugkomen en afgesloten worden
- Voorzien van de juiste hardware voor diverse Amega vestigingen en configureren of vervangen van hardware
