Requirements
Must:
- Over 4 years of professional experience in electronics hardware testing or system validation.
- Proven expertise in system testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, test setups, and diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of failure analysis processes and technical documentation.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), experience in Dutch is beneficial.
- Experience in high-tech, medical device, or industrial electronics environments is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and committed to quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform system-level and hardware testing of electro-mechanical Field Replaceable Units (FRUs), including failure analysis and root cause investigation.
- Execute and document test procedures to validate repaired or newly produced units, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Generate, review, and support the release of test and failure analysis reports.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to interpret test results and support corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate data recording, traceability, and alignment with project timelines.
- Work directly with test equipment and hardware components located on-site.
