Requirements
Must:
- HBO-werk- en denkniveau.
- Een opleiding zoals Business IT & Management (BIM), ICT, Bedrijfskunde, Business Administration, Office Management, of vergelijkbaar.
- Affiniteit met zorgprocessen en software.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en ziet snel verbanden.
- Je vindt het leuk om complexe materie helder uit te leggen.
- Je hebt energie om te groeien - richting consultancy, implementatie of functioneel beheer.
Responsibilities
- Je analyseert vraagstukken van gebruikers en achterhaalt de achterliggende oorzaak.
- Je configureert onderdelen van het EPD (autorisaties, workflows, dossiersjablonen).
- Je ondersteunt bij datavraagstukken, zoals ZPM-trajecten, JW/WLZ-logica en facturatieflows.
- Je test nieuwe releases en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in ons platform.
- Je ontwikkelt instructie artikelen, instructievideos en korte trainingen.
- Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens onboarding en helpt hen bij het inrichten van Care-Check.
- Je werkt nauw samen met ons productteam om functionaliteiten te verfijnen.
