Must:
We are looking in particular for a candidate with: - A completed, relevant degree at a Bachelor's or Master's level. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Experience with CIAM methodologies and use cases such as registration, identity proofing, consent management, and delegated administration. - Knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). - Knowledge of Microsoft Entra or SAP CDC/ISU/MCF. - Customer focus is second nature to you. You understand that everything we do ultimately impacts our customers, and you act accordingly.

Responsibilities

As a CIAM DevOps Engineer at Alliander, I am primarily responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and quality of our CIAM service. This includes maintaining and technically managing the CIAM solution through incident resolution, executing changes, patches, and upgrades, as well as providing support to users and facilitating the transition to a future-proof CIAM platform within Alliander's energy transition context. My role will involve: - Monitoring the stability, availability, quality, and continuity of the CIAM service, including incident resolution. - Managing (functionally and technically) the CIAM solution, including executing changes, patches, and upgrades. - Providing support to users of the CIAM service. - Further developing the CIAM service and advising on the transition to a platform service. - Collaborating with teams and project members within the IAM program and ART IAM.
